RAMASWAMY R

RAMASWAMY R fondly called as ‘RR’. He is a senior Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. Over 4 decades, he worked as CFO and Finance Controller, in large-sized publicly-listed Companies with foreign collaboration, efficiently heading core portfolios of Finance, Secretarial, Legal, Taxation, Legal, and Administrative functions including labor matters.

Currently, he serves as Independent Director on the Board of Capgemini Technology Services India Limited and ISG Novasoft Technologies Limited. He served several national and international group such as Indo-National Limited, Madras (Nippo Dry Cells) and Group Companies; TTK Pharma Limited, Bangalore and Publicly Listed Company at Bangalore (Data & Voice communication equip – HW)

Recognized always as a hard-core professional, a motivator, a team-man who leads by example and an ‘accomplisher’; known well (within and outside the organization) for impeccable discipline, accuracy, speed, apt, efficient and timely action/s. Rated as a go-getter and an all-time leader, on whom the Company, as well as the colleagues, could always depend on. SUNIL PILLAI

SUNIL PILLAI is an MBA from United States specialized in Marketing and Finance. He is having extensive senior level corporate experience in Strategic Business, Sales and Marketing functions. He has over 30 years of top-level corporate experience spanning four diverse industries like FMCG, Telecom, Textiles and Advertising. Prominent past positions held by Mr. Pillai include COO - Tata Teleservices, VP Marketing - Reliance Communications, VP Marketing and Sales - Cavin Care and GM Marketing and Sales - Bombay Dyeing to name a few. Currently he is a mentor and operational consultant for several start-up and SME organizations in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. He is also a guest/visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore for Marketing and Christ University for International Business. 

His has core competency in consulting in the areas of (a) strategy, growth and business objectives, (b) benchmarking against business standards, (c) launches and re-launches of products and services, (d) operational efficiencies, (e) revenue enhancement, (f) revenue leakages, (g) profit maximization and (h) Mergers and Acquisitions. 

VIJI M

VIJI M, a Chartered Accountant by profession, based in Bangalore with 14 years of extensive experience in handling wide range of services including CFO support services, Start-up support, Corporate Advisory, Business Consulting, Tax and Regulatory services.

He has skills in outsourced financial accounting, transaction processing, payroll, taxation, internal audit, company law, and assurance services. He has contributed significantly through his specialized skills in handling virtual CFO functions with many reputed clients in industries specifically in IT/ITES companies.

Prior to starting his practice, he was associated with one of the Large Audit firm based in Bangalore heading its Audit and Accounts Outsourced division.
